This custom home was built for some great people who designed their own palace giving it their own touch and class.

We worked with them picking colours, making flooring choices and exterior design and finishing, bringing it all together to build them a beautiful home.

The home has three bedrooms a gym area an office, 4 bathrooms a large living room featuring a beautiful large 2-sided fireplace a focal point in the living room and the kitchen areas. We installed the custom kitchen, which features a walk in pantry a heated tile floor two sinks, custom fridge and stove.

The dining area opens up to a large patio with fantastic views of Okanagan Lake and the city below. Hardwood flooring through most of the home.

A games room and a custom theatre room includes a bar area and projector with an integrated sound system that runs throughout the home.

Heated floors in the basement and garage areas as well providing heat where you want it.

The master bedroom has it all the crown jewel of this home it boasts a 3 sided fireplace that can be seen anywhere in the bedroom including the ensuite which has his her sinks a custom jetted soaker tub that you can lose yourself in.

The custom steam shower is huge 6 spray tiles, a hand wand all controlled by a kohler interface for personal settings you have got to love this set up.
